The lady was extremely rude to me, saw me on the counter- looked at me and yet ignored me! I had to call her out like 3 times before she could answer me. And even so, she was just like “what do you want” very rudely! No greeting, no sense of politeness nothingg!! Other people were being greeted well.! I felt racism in the air! Or was it because I was wearing a burqa?
Today I had great service, my order was perfect and this was during lunch hour. Great Job!
Out of Guava refresher and got coffee order wrong. Dissapointed!
Frequently ring up orders and counts incorrectly. It's a game every time I go through the drive thru. 10 donuts please, response: $3.17, got that order wrong. 4 coffees? Nope, you're getting 1, cause we're too busy.
