I usually have a 2 minute waiting rule when I pull up to get my order taking. This place has failed that rule 50% of the time. Worst part is there will be no one at the window or waiting. If it’s been 2 mins and you haven’t even said I will be right with you then I take my business somewhere else. 😡 The espresso machine at my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts where they make my double shot espresso with almond milk and pistachio flavor perfectly is down!
