I am writing to report a concerning experience I had at your Tewksbury, Massachusetts location. 1220 Main Street. During a recent visit, I approached the drive thru where an older employee was working and asked if she could make me a cappuccino. She stated that she did not know how to make it. Trying to be helpful, I went inside and attempted to explain how the drink is made. Horrible experience, overcharged and they couldn’t make sense of how addition or basic math works . Never coming here again. Thanks !
The slowest dunks of all time practically ignore the drive thru it’s so slow better to go out of your way to a different Dunkin’s than this place unless you have all the time in the world apparently it takes legit 15mins for them to take an order PLUS on 2/13/26 I gave them another chance why not. They are THE most unorganized Dunkin’s of all time it’s really sad!
The guy who took my order was kinda of rude. He gave me these burnt and non edible. Thanks Dunkin Donuts.
