Everyone spoke English here and thats huge because my order came out right the first time and did not make my entire lunch have to spent there like other locations have
I am writing to report a concerning experience I had at your Tewksbury, Massachusetts location. 1220 Main Street. During a recent visit, I approached the drive thru where an older employee was working and asked if she could make me a cappuccino. She stated that she did not know how to make it. Trying to be helpful, I went inside and attempted to explain how the drink is made.
