Absolutely one of the worst dunkin' donuts.I have ever been in store was completely dirty.Countertops weren't wiped down coffee all over them.Dirty napkinsThe woman on the phone makingThe coffees was talking to her husband about her.Her plans tonight waited fifteen minutes for a black coffee.I'd avoid this place.
This place has the most terrible service at any shop. I've been here 4 times in a row. Closest to my house, and I have to wait 10/15m to place a single coffee order. Cuz their out back not workin. When they do take ur order. It's how dare you interrupt them. Suckin their teeth and rude. When u get ur hot coffee. It will be cold 🤦♂️ go to a different location if u can!
Crystal on order taker is very rude , she rushes and talks over your order she talks to other on the mic while you're telling her your order just to mess the order up. She has me repeating my order so many times because she cuts me off in mid service. This hasn't just happened once but 3 times She doesn't listen or let you finish your order and then when you let her know your order is wrong she slams things .
