I’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short. The donuts are often dry and lack the proper amount of glaze, which really takes away from the quality. Customer service could use improvement as well—there’s rarely a greeting or any real engagement at the window, which makes the experience feel rushed and impersonal. This location has potential, but it definitely needs some attention and improvement in both product quality and customer service.
I would like to thank the staff for the laughter for the happiness that you feel when you walk into the establishment, everyone was friendly, and they were willing to help with whatever you need it on the menu choices, the drinks came out very, very quick. thank you for the fresh donuts. Thank you again for the amazing experience. Kudos to the staff and management team
