Can’t tell you how many times my food quality hasn’t been great but was made correctly. This time I just ordered a simple bagel w/ cream cheese and I go to get it and there’s no CC on it but on the side, but the order didn’t say on the side. I constantly over hear people saying just throw it in the bag since it’s busy at this location. It’s not hard to get an order correct.
poor service, they acted like they were doing me a favor !! did not buy anything and just left. i noticed that they seem to have time to chat with each other and share stuff on their phones!!

Ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches, but they only gave us 3. Originally, they didn't even know we had any sandwiches and so just gave us a donut and coffee. Waited over 25 minutes afterwards to get what we paid for but they couldn't keep up with the rush. Needs better management. Guys eating there sandwiches and donuts with the trash can as their table provided some gross entertainment too
