I went in this morning for coffee. The manager-on-duty kept talking about how slow a new employee was on making their drinks. Said it to the two customers before me, then to me, and the one after me. The employee was working quite steadily just like I see from other staff, so they weren't slow. If this person is in fact new, someone should have been with them guiding them on workflow.
