I came to the drive thru like six months ago and ordered a drink. The guy at the window told me to pull around front and wait so I did, but he never came out with my drink. Your reviews are horrible. You have clearly done nothing to change that. It is as if you just do not care. I went through the drive thru yesterday after placing a mobile order. I chose rewards to add to my order. Drive thru moved very slow although there was only 1 car ahead of me. They first tried to give me someone else's order. After receiving my order I realized they didn't include the rewards items. The employee at the drive thru said there was nothing she could do. So, no rewards items and I lost my rewards points.
