everytime i come here you make the matcha so so so bad :(
Service is lacking. Young kids with their minds else where. Make sure to check your order I was served a cold egg sandwich recently.
Coffee grounds in my cold brew that’s on tap. Had to throw it away.
I was just handed a cup of cold milk, and I waited multiple minutes for it. It was supposed to be a hot chai. Pulled around, then got handed another cup of milk, warm but barely any chai. Asked again, ended up with a barely hot bad chai. Also the food here is always either cold or burnt. Dunking sucks, my expectations are low but this location is the worst. Also no sorry? Seemed like i was bothering them.
They were nice, gave me a coffee with some ice but mostly coffee which I’m super happy abt bc no Dunkin I’ve been to has even given me less ice 🩹
