Me and my kids really enjoy this particular Dunkin’ location. The staff is usually really friendly. Today specifically, around 6:00 p.m. the two girls working were extremely friendly. They made two of the drinks I ordered on accident, and instead of throwing it away, they let my daughter have it
The crew members aren’t very friendly. They never smile so it just makes us think Dunkin’ Donuts hires anyone. When I left I said bye have a great day and not one person said anything back. It was silent. People have bad days I get it but this is every time I visit there.
Donuts are terrible and customer service is worse.
