I love this Dunkin!! Always fast and courteous service in the drive-thru
Counter help was rude and dismissive. Coffee came out and needed to be fixed. Counter help slammed down a container with individual creamer and walked away. Not even an explanation.
Terrible customer service. Iced coffee needed more cream added to it. When we asked the employee if he could add some, he slammed a container of individual creamers on the counter and walked away. Horrible!
