They just threw my donut upside down in the bag. Way too much ice in the cups too. This Dunkin is always a last resort for me. I try to order the simplest things so it’s harder to mess up, but they still found a way.
Rude and unfriendly said I could not get cream in my matcha last time I checked i was paying made a huff about military discount donuts sloppy toppings poor assortment, counter where prep an abouslute mess very unapetizing no new product could barely shove my drink at me thumbs down just go anywhere else or another dunkin cause our rootstown dunkin is a superstar location
