Cashier incorrectly put in my order and I lost over 400 reward points. Another day, I was charged for a large drink when I ordered a small drink. You need their app to see their prices. Not everyone has access to apps ( the elderly). Everyone charges you what they want at this place.. Stay away 👿
Who said they are under a new management?? The worst dunkin i know! Always mess up orders and never take accountability, never. Go to a different one.
