There is a girl that works in the afternoon and is just plain rude. I ordered a Boston creme donut, and she gave me the worst attitude saying that isn't what the order said and showed her my proof. Normally they are very nice, but she is not...
Probably the best experience I've had with a Dunkin. Unfortunately, most Dunkin locations usually provide an underwhelming quality of customer service. However, this location has wowed me consistently on quality of drinks/donuts, and a wonderful atmosphere with their customer service. The management is well above exceptional and this location is probably the best of its category of business. This place should absolutely be the standard.
My Hot Chocolate tasted like hot water. Not good at all.
