whoever worked on 9:25 at 4:30 was very dismissive and rude when i kindly informed them of the mistakes on my order. not my fault the credit card reader doesn’t allow tipping!
What happened to customer service? The staff seemed bothered and irritated. Disappointing experience. My money is too valuable to spend at a location that doesn’t value customer service.
The employees were so unprofessional. A young white man was sticking his middle finger up to a black man (customer) which was very sick to see. He was very inappropriate. I hope I do t see him working in this establishment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dunkin due to unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in no one even acknowledged me. They were more interested in chatting with eachother then helping customers. .when I finally did place my order they were rude and dismissive. On top of that my order was wrong and when I politely pointed it out I was met with eye rolls and attitude rather than a simple apology or correction.
