Im a regular customer and generous tipper for 2 years. Was completely embarrassed and made a spectacle of by a woman on the cash register this morning because I expressed indecision ordering a 'Mocha' and asked what it was. Lady shouted 'I'm not here to extract your order from you.' I remained kind and patiently endured being made a fool of. Coffee is important, fortunately there's loads of other places nearby. The staff at Starbucks, just a block away has a better attitude, and seems friendlier.

Terrible service black haired girl wanted to give attitude when I said there's supposed to be whippef cream and caramel we paid for it and only got whipped cream all 3 frozen coffees was very watery never seen such yall definitely will not be getting my service again everything I come it's either I'm missing something or my coffees are always wrong most terrible dunkin I've ever seen!!!!!!!!
