Wow so many one star reviews for this old school dunkins that has been gussied up for the modern era. I think they should do dunkin classics locations where you can sit at the "bar' and smoke cigarettes while you have your coffee and . This would be a good location for that experience. Anywho this location is across the street from the commuter rail I think. Also, this was my first time in Wakefield so that was cool.
Walk in at 4:30pm. Coffee weak, tables dirty, Cleaning by staff at 5pm, sweeping floors with flicking motions at customers while customers try to enjoy coffee and food. Imagine the amount of dust created...literally started sneezing...disgusting and unsanitary. Customers literally walking out due to feeling as though they are in the way while employees sweep and mop...very passive aggressive vibe from certain employees.
