Gave this location soooo many chances but they continuously mess up my order. Today i went to pick up my order and there were 3 other cars in line with incorrect orders. Told them i ordered online then they proceeded to charge me at the window. Then when i said i ordered on line there was not one sorry. Then they go and give me the completely wrong order and still gave no apology or anything, if anything they looked annoyed at me for simply trying to pick up my sandwich. they have never once gotten an order right and the service is always slow and rude. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way to go to the one on Oak
Went in this location not to long ago and I have to say by far the worst customer service I've ever had!!! I ordered my coffee and when it came up the girl behind the counter, I heard someone call her Lilly, just dropped it on the counter like here. I said there's no need for all that and she replied with all what? I wasn't going to go back and forth with her. I just looked up at the manager and she just gave me a shrug. Like this is what we're doing? Thanks to Lilly and the no name manager I will never be back!
