The man who is there every morning ( I wish I knew his name) is one of the nicest people. He knows his customers, he is polite and even when busy still treats everyone the same. He has patience with his staff if they dont understand how to do something. I am a frequent flier there and I have never seen a indifferent or sour side to him. Place is always clean and organized.
My third time in a row coming here, the same lady takes my order but gives me some sort of attitude. We asked to change the size of the drink before we paid and the order went through, and she ‘tsked’ at us and shook her head, mumbling under her breath “i already put it in.” Like helloo
I will be honest this is now my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I ended up coming here because I’ve been to the last other two Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and had horrible experience. I came to this one and even though it doesn’t have a drive-through it was the only one they got my entire order correct to the tea. They were so nice and understanding and did not have any problems with special request. I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone.
Prices at this DD are INSANE. Owner is incredibly rude. Go to Starbucks, it’s cheaper, cleaner and the staff is friendly.
