Ordered a half dozen donuts and an iced mocha latte. Paid, and then got the donuts almost immediatly. I then sat and waited for 35 minutes, growing more and more impatient by the second. And then when i asked them when i was going to get my drink i found out they hadnt even started making it. A very nice employee apologized and made it for me. But it amazes me how little these employees care about getting food out.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The frozen coffee was terrible, and while I waited for a replacement, the staff started cleaning instead of fixing my drink. I asked for a refund, but they claimed they didn't know how to process it. I left without a refund. The lack of empathy and poor customer service was shocking. I won't be returning to that store
Terrible customer service. my food came out to me in a bag that had chipotle sauce smeared on it as well as my food containers had chipotle splattered on it that they tried to smear off, but still was very much there. made the whole bag smell like chipotle sauce. by the time I got my drink it was also lukewarm. The girl who worked drive-through me kept singing how much she wanted to quit her job.
Waited in line for a half hour or more. I ordered a brown sugar coffee with cream and sugar and a Boston crème donut. Get up to the window and there is no cream in my coffee and they gave me a white crème donut and not a Boston crème. Do better Dunkin!!
