One star is too generous. The slowest, most rude service ever. If you have 20 minutes to waste on the wrong order, come here.
Go to 7 brew down the street. Shame on the owner of this place. Took 30 minutes to get a hot chocolate, a coffee, and donuts from understaffing. Employee was so overwhelmed they were crying. Worry less about making as much money as you can and worry more about treating your employees as humans and not robots. Will not be returning again and reporting the abuse to corporate.
Out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area this is the one that consistently gets my drink correct! And the staff is so much nicer!
