3 of the 4 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong and the wait is on average is 5-10 minutes in the drive thru alone. Recently moved from Crestview where I’d go to the other location and never have any issues. Last time I ordered I waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong order and when I told the lady she said they’re really busy but the order should match the sticker. Wow! The lady who’s working the window today (March 5th) AM is probably the rudest most entitled service worker I have ever met. There is absolutely no reason to have a real nasty bad attitude, I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, when you work in customer service there are no bad days towards your customers, especially if you want a tip LOL.
Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had . Waited almost 45 minutes for a mobile order that wasnt even close to being accurate. Was told to wait just to find out the corrections weren’t even being worked on … I told them to cancel my order and my card was still charge .
Placed a mobile order and they went above and beyond to make sure my drink order was perfect without me having to ask
