To be in a big hospital like Northwestern they are so dang slow! Also the menu in the app never updates to the new drops! You have to go and ask for the new drinks! So annoying! The tall black man on overnights is wonderful but the rest suck!
Heads up, the price at the register and the price for the same item using the kiosk is not the same. I ordered a small drink and it came out to $6.08 at the register. That was super expensive for a small. Curious, I put in the same order at the kiosk and it was $5.44. I brought the price discrepancy to a worker’s attention and they confirmed that ordering with a human is more expensive. Please beware. If your price conscious, check both.
This is one of the worst locations. My coffee order is frequently wrong, food isnt ready after 15 mins despite ordering online and the customer service is the worst. I try to avoid ordering here itll frustrate you.
