My favorite donut shop, but the crescent sandwiches are great.
Terrible customer service. Guy at window overcharged me for an item I didn’t order, nor did he give me. I look at the receipt and tell him he charged me for a coffee. He stares at the receipt I’m holding (I’m completely quiet and not doing anything) and he yells “RELAX” at me. Like what?! I’m completely shocked so I ask him what his problem is and he’s got a terrible attitude and tells me to relax again and that he would refund me. Again, I wasn’t jumping him.
