Employees decided to clean machine 30 minutes before closing so they couldn't make a latte and I left and shall never return
So rude got kicked out because I told them to fix my coffee that THEY MADE WRONG. The coffee tasted like water, and they didn’t even add my three pumps of butter pecan and extra shot of espresso. They didn’t even give me the sticker that comes with EVERY Dunkin drink. I will never come back to this Dunkin. They even accused me of not paying and told me that I had to pay again, even though he was CLEARLY looking at me when I was paying. Used to love this spot so convenient, last month or so the service in the late afternoons and early evening are horrible. There is usually only one person, they are in the back on their phone while you are waiting to order, the evening staff are not very nice either, very disappointing it used to be better. Hope they get better help.
