Because this isn’t my first bad experience at this location I felt the need to leave a review My husband and I stopped at this location expecting a simple coffee run. Apparently, that was asking too much, because we were met with terrible customer service. When we asked what donuts were still available, the employee at the speaker responded, ‘Didn’t I tell you already?’ — even though he hadn’t. The dismissive tone didn’t stop there. My wife and I are visiting from Texas and stopped by a couple Dunkin’s before this one and this location really impressed us. The staff are very friendly and quick with our order. The second time we popped in, Eila (not sure if this is how you spell her name) remembered our order and helped us navigate the menu which was truly amazing and made us feel valued. Thank you ma’am! Great location with amazing service!
My order ALWAYS comes out how I like it at this location & the staff are always polite. My favorite Dunkin in Springfield! ☕️
