On a road trip to Texas and needed an afternoon energy boost. Stopped at Dunkin for a coffee and a couple of munchkins. I’ve been drinking DD coffee for maybe 40 years. This was the first cup of DD coffee that I couldn’t recognize as Dunkin. Tasted scorched and after a few sips I threw it away. The donuts weren’t very good either. Total waste of money (plus a tip that get now ask for before they even get your coffee - so I also tipped 20% for presumably excellent service, but then it took 10 minutes to get the worst cup of c... read more
This was my second visit to this store and the young lady who took my order remembered me from a couple weeks ago.
Great friendly staff even at 5:30 early in the morning! Care about food quality too, coffee great as always.
I'm not sure what's going on put all the employees were really good are gone when in today there was one guy who pretty much ignored me and then I left how do you leave one employee who doesn't know how to work the counter at your business? Pathetic
