I ordered a $6 meal deal on the app and when I got there they told me they don’t have the stuff for the BEC. They said they could not refund me because I ordered on the app and need to call a number to get a refund and the number just goes to an automated “we cannot help you” and then hangs up.

Got here at 6:20pm and they close at 8:00… said they were done with food for the day no oven food.

I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin location. The posted opening time is 5 AM, but they are consistently not open at that time. I work at the hospital across the street and rely on places like this being open early, especially during long shifts. It’s frustrating to plan around their hours only to find the store closed when it’s supposed to be open. I hope management can address this and either adjust the posted hours or ensure the store opens on time, because it would make a big difference for those of us working early... read more
