I had a very disappointing experience today at Dunkin’ Store #559 in West Columbia, SC. From the beginning, the customer service was rude and unwelcoming. On top of that, the wrap I received tasted old, dry, and honestly like cardboard\. The quality was nowhere near what I would expect when paying for freshly prepared food. I also specifically wanted to try the Pumpkin Pie Coffee Chiller because my sister recommended it to me and even sent me a picture of hers. Very very slow and the dude with braces behind the counter was cussing up a storm. My son was here and all I kept hearing was he would rather be working at burger king and this s*** was too d*** much. Plus bacon strips were SUPER soggy.
This location is one of my favorites in the area. I spent many days in the ICU across the street. When my husband was alive he would walk over and get me my wonderful cups of coffee. They saw him coming and was right on top of my order. The employees there really care about their people/ regulars. I am almost there now everyday. They will always have my business. Excellent service today. I want to give a shout out to Tiffany and Kelsey. Fabulous job ladies!! My coffee was delicious and my bacon, egg and cheese bagel was the star on top. These two ladies are a big asset for this location and the corporation. Thank you for great customer service and a great experience!
Ridiculously slow, staff waited and nobody ever acknowledge me so I left. There was no one in line ahead of me either. It seems that their only priority is the drive-through and the drive-through only had two vehicles outside. I tried this location multiple times and it’s always been a disappointment.
