Dunkin worker is SUPER disrespectful went to to tap pay got my phone back and she went through my text messages with my sister EXTREMELY Un satisfied
I recently went to this Dunkin' Donuts in Milo, Maine with my 12 year old daughter. She ordered by herself while I did some separate shopping. When I came back to pick her up she came to me devastated. Then she told me what had happened: she ordered a medium refresher and after they handed it to her, before she even took a sip, it slipped off the counter and it all spilled on the floor. Doesn't get much worse than this place. They can never get an order straight then ring it up wrong quite regularly... and it's always served with a side of rude.. and that's if you can get past the mice running around outside... and you're supposed to pay for all this... I thought I'd give it a shot I haven't given them a chance to screw up my food or be rude to me in a couple of years .. THANKS FOR THE REMINDER!! They really need to close this place down and open a real coffee shop.
The staff is the rudest ever, they constantly get orders wrong,and they won't put whipped cream on doordash iced coffees because they can't charge for it...lol multi billion dollar corporations can't complete a coffee with 2 cents of milk....The door dash drivers are the best people..too bad for the poor staff they have to work with
The store manager is actually one of the rudest people there. There's a girl that works at night who's the kindest best coffee maker ever, but their morning crew is the worst I've ever seen half the time my coffee don't even get mixed. I'm about to go to Dover every morning and pay a little extra because when I go there at least I get a good coffee and if I say there's a mistake they won't argue with me and they'll change it
