I’m new to the area- and I’ve worked in dunks and when I say most people don’t realize how hard it is to keep up with rush hours, good customer service even when everything seems to be happening and you’re stressed, keeping food orders hot and accurate, etc. Thus staff is great and work so hard. Make sure you’re leaving tips- this IS a service for you. They deserve to get a thanks from customers for getting you your coffee and breakfast and usually starting your day with a smile. Come here if you want management to ignore their customers and for them to screw up your order. Then get mad because you point out what's wrong and make them do work again.
Dunkin worker is SUPER disrespectful went to to tap pay got my phone back and she went through my text messages with my sister EXTREMELY Un satisfied
