Always solid. Great location right off of 84. I head in there on my way to work in the morning. It's in a newish plaza. Nice.
Today 12/16/11, I was appalled at the customer service and treatment that myself and my son received at the W. Main St., Waterbury Dunkin Donuts location. First I didn't receive a receipt, then when I asked for my receipt that was already thrown in the garbage, this rude, disrespecful, obviously uneducated young female (who refused to give me her first name) along with her rude and disrespectful male counter part (DeVonte W.) who not only insulted my intelligence, but his own proceeded to tell me that I need to do their job ... read more
