April 28 — Charging full price for mini donuts that are noticeably smaller than expected, then responding with “I don’t make them” when asked why, isn’t a great look. At the very least, there should be some transparency or fair pricing to match the product.
absolute shit. drinks are always missing something. half the time no one there knows what’s going on. i placed a pickup order 20 minutes after they opened, and the whole store was still closed. never going back again
Went in to pick up a mobile order on 4/25. As I was standing there, the workers tried to give my order to a DoorDasher repeatedly to the point that I had to step in and call it out. Once I received my order, half of it was incorrect even though it all had my name and the exact items they should have been on the labels. I tried to say something to the restaurant staff, but they told me to just leave in very broken English and did not offer to make my items the right way.
