So today August 3rd, at approximately 7:40 PM, I visited the drive-through of a Dunkin’ location that was clearly posted to remain open until 8:00 PM. I approached the speaker and politely asked to place an order for a drink. To my surprise, i didn’t ask her name she was female the employee working the drive-through immediately refused to take my order without offering any explanation related to store policy or operational limitations. Rude is an understatement!
I ordered what I thought was a frozen Iced Caramel Signature Latte through the app. Get it , it's not what I expected. I asked for a substitution. I was rudely told they weren't going to exchange the drink. So I asked for a refund which was also rudely denied saying I paid through the app. How can you not make sure the customers are satisfied? The manager was so rude it's awful!
