Ive come to this dunkin multiple times they always mess up my drink on the menu and always say they missing ingredients and i be waiting mad long in the drive thru they didnt even out cold foam on my drink that clearly comes with it this is the 5th time they done this
I go to this Dunkin almost every morning, I place mobile orders way ahead of time to bypass the wait and lines and my order is almost never ready when I’m there, they almost never make my matcha correctly and they never care to, the urgency is never there, they just act like they don’t care and they’re doing people a favor, there is also a guy there who would rather me read my order out loud instead of looking at the receipt, I don’t understand why I need to read my order out loud if i placed a MOBILE ORDER, very lazy and un... read more
Drive through is always closed early in the morning.. when schedule says open @5:40 AM
There drinks always taste like sewer water…. Like JS mud water in a cup…
After my bad review Im going to give TATIANA. VERY NICE LADY TAKING ORDERS ON DRIVE THRU HEADSET FIRST TIME SOMEONE TALKS NICE AND CLEAR AND VERY RESPECTFUL AND SOUNDS HAPPY. order was good.
