This is one of the most unprepared Dunkin Donuts you will ever see. They NEVER update the Dunkin App to correctly reflect their inventory. This means that you will find out they don’t have what you ordered UNTIL YOU FINALLY get to the window, which by the way, takes forever! Amateur management and crew. The Dunkin in Hempstead and other places are far better options. Life is only one, don’t waste a second of it coming here.
Super slow made me late for work horrible service first time i went made me a unfresh coffee and I gave it a second chance took forever with no customers in line and made me late for no valid reason!
Worst customer service I’ve had. Had to wait 30 mins just to get a milkshake. Only 1 person is working.
Worst dunkin by far in the entire county of nassau..Drive thru takes forever inside aswell..go to any other location but this one
