A very sweet gentleman named Ericks made my iced matcha latte, and it was so delicious and perfectly frothy and flavorful. The BEST!!! Dunkin matcha I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back :) Thank you Ericks!
The coffee is nice & fresh.
The uniondale location on uniondale ave is by far the WORST. 10min wait for a mobile order?! What's the point of ordering beforehand?!, to get your food as soon as you pull up 2 the window! Not starting the order when someone pulls up! The sad part is I only ordered a toasted blueberry muffin with butter This location needs to be shutdown ASAP.
