Customer Service Is Horrible At This Location!!!! Called to inquire on the operation hours and the two ladies were upset early in the morning. Crazy… how do you argue with a customer asking questions? Why aren’t managers present during opening hours? Employees stepping in managerial positions is delusional……
My son and I stop by regularly to get a dozen for the family as a treat. The employees are always friendly and the donuts are always delicious. We're do happy that this location opened up in Lyndon. It's fast becoming a family favorite!
Everything was great except my drink. I placed a mobile order for the “Monkey Business cloud foam” coffee, and when I get the drink I noticed it looked like they tried to make it look like my drink had cold foam when it didn’t. It looked like milk was frothed to give the image, but I did not receive any banana cold foam at all. If they were out of the item, I would have rather them have told me instead of trying to cover it up. Walked in for my order. Waited 6 mins to be served with zero customers inside. They were only focusing on the drive thru. Once acknowledged, old lady was rude But all Dunkin are like this. That’s unfortunate
