Staff is rude majority of the time, don’t work there if you don’t like your job or being nice. I’ve been in customer service and even on my bad days I still was always good to customers.
Service was great, the girl at the registered went above and beyond to make sure I received enough donuts.
Waited in a long line at the drive-thru for 2 drinks, we pay, then wait another 5 minutes and get handed two drinks that have the right label but are not at all what we ordered. Ordered one hot latte and one iced, got a black coffee and an iced tea with cold foam on it. Immediately got a refund. Waited nearly 20 minutes to not get the caffeine I’ve needed all day. Not the first time this Dunkin has messed up orders-it happens nearly every time we come here so we’re just not coming back.
Tired of ordering in the app and driving 15mins for stuff you don’t have, update the inventory on your app. It’s infuriating to want something and be handed something else every time, especially at 10:45 in the morning. I won’t be coming back here!
There was about three people working and not a single person greeted us. We just stood there while the girls talked amongst themselves. When it came time to take our order the girl behind the register just stared at us blankly saying absolutely nothing. It was almost as if our presence was a nuisance. No only was she rude but we ordered two donuts. One of the donuts was the wrong order and the other one was stale.
