If you want your coffee mixed, I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin. I ordered a simple coffee cream, caramel and cold foam. Of course I want to sip my cold foam but when I received my coffee it wasn’t mixed and it had no cold foam so I asked for it and figured she would then mix it. I was wrong she just put it on top and had it all over my lid and barley any in my cup. I’m I usually don’t have a problem mixing it myself but when I ask for cold foam I would’ve like to sip on like it’s intended to not have to mix it into my coffe... read more
I ordered a Iced Matcha Latte on 8/17/26 and got food poisoning. :(
I'm so disappointed. I went in to order a King Kylie Drink the Candy Pink Lemonade Refresher, I paid for it and waited. They made my son's drink. Bit didn't make mine. When I asked about my drink, the lady acted like she didn't know what it was..I even pointed out the drink in the picture a d she still acted confused. Talking about they don't have Lemonade, can I get you something else. No. I paid for what I asked for. I just asked for a refund. Some of the workers at the dunkin in Union City is Slow...
