They’re never open until closing time; third time I’ve come and they’re closed before 9:50pm
for context, i ordered online (almond strawberry shortcake iced coffee) and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. got up to the window, there were 3 people behind the counter (understaffed.) lady at the window (which im assuming she was a manager of some sort) held up my drink and said this is not right, remade it herself, and gave me the drink without the cold foam. i was like wait it needs the foam and she put the tiniest dollop on top. not coming back, i work as a barista at starbucks and this was just unacceptable. stick... read more
Between Senoia, And Union City location I don't know whose Worst. Employees if yah can't make our selection's like the owner's, or the managers, Please Stop Applying For the Pay!
I went yesterday; no problems. Today with different people working, they were less knowledgeable of the menu and operated differently.
I drove 20 minutes just to come here and get here at 9:53 the person on the speaker says we’re closed it’s 9:53 and all of our systems are down. Mind you the website and maps says they are open until 10 pm. This is false advertisement I really do not appreciate this type of service if you close at 9:53 then that should be reflected on your site and maps instead of 10 pm
