So apparently when you’re next in line and a middle eastern person walks in there automatically next in line. They’ll either walk in and hangout by the corner of the ice cream display or act there picking up an online order (they’ll order ahead of the line) I had to walk out of a place I been going for years because of ethnic favoritism (This happened 2 different times but walked out the second time). Never would have thought this place would turn into this but it has. They lost me as a customer.
They didn't add an espresso shot to my coffee, but they charged me for it.
Its ok very expensive. I don't know how all the dunkins have different prices. Only good thing is they are open late. It would be nice if it was a little cleaner. UPDATE remodeled the store and prices are through the roof.
Lazy unfriendly unhelpful need i say more🤷♀️? if I’m placing a mobile order for a drink and a donut and the store is empty, it shouldn’t take a million years to get it out. Its happened on more than one occasion and honestly I think everyone has something better to do than to wait a whopping 20 mins for a 2 things.
