The ladies who work here are such a vibe, listening to 90’s RnB, smiles on their faces, they know all their customers and I just had a pleasant experience going in after craving a donut and getting a PSL (just learned this is a thing) for my cousin
Maybe 1 or 2 good employees, besides that service is terrible
I went though the drive thru, The service was horrible. They were very rude. They did not get our orders, right, When we tried to correct them, they just gave us a attitude, i think they change us more then what suppose to. After, we was going to drive off. One lady. Was like you’re holding up my line mind you They was the one who was getting it wrong, so how did we hold up their line.
Layla from this dunkin is always awesome! She definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Definitely will make this my Dunkin moving forward! Thank you Layla
