Told the lady what I wanted 4 times..still handed me the wrong bagel ..then handed the rite one,but it was hard...didn't give me my donut.......it was like talking to space...
Just dealt with some really rude customer service this one particular employee working there short little Hispanic lady gave me nothing but attitude.
