Just ordered omelet egg bites and loaded hash browns and a iced strawberry loaf cake through the drive through. My order was wrong. They gave me an English muffin with bacon and egg. Regular hash browns. And the strawberry loaf.

By far the best Dunkin in State College- I always go out of my way to come to this one. They’re BY FAR the most efficient and have always given the correct order, with any napkins, utensils, etc.
Usually a Starbucks gal but decided to give Dunkin a try since it’s close to my job. I found this napkin in my coffee and returned back to the store to have it remade. The employees didn’t seem to comprehend what was wrong and came across as rude. They did remake my drink but showed no remorse and got not apology.
