Came to pickup an Uber order at around midnight and nobody responded. I sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes calling and trying to get someone's attention. They finally came out from the back doing god knows what and acted offended that I even bothered to interrupt whatever he was doing. Gave me complete attitude and basically threw the customers order at my car when they handed it over. Absolutely unacceptable.

I went in to get one of the premade refreshers. Berry protein, medium, 5.49. this man really stands there and itemized it so it would be over 7 dollars. I had even pointed at the menu and said third one over, berry protein refresher. If dunkin really needs to have their cashiers rip off the customers, i dont need to spend my money here anymore.

If I could leave zero stars I would, Called ahead so we wouldn’t waste our time and asked what time they close, Mike told us 9:30, maybe 10. We show up and immediately get hit with “we’re closed.” Then we’re told some excuse about a “medical emergency.” Funny, because we called back 20 minutes later and the SAME person answered and said they close at 10. So which is it? Clearly they just didn’t feel like serving anyone anymore an hour early. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Worst experience ever.
