It just makes me mad that I order something 20 minutes prior before I go to work & they still can’t get it right I used to work at several Dunkin’s and I can’t even go back cause they always take me to the second window for 1 sandwich and they dont even get it right to the way I customize it on the app & make me wait some more before work lol
Why charge us for upgrades to our food if you aren't actually going to put it on the food. And then tell us ypu can't refund the upgrades for you mistake is insane. The attitude at the window was completely unacceptable.
NOT 24 hours!! This is the 4th time I have gone through the drive through around 3:30-4:30 am and there is no one there but all the lights are on! Scam! Update your hours and stop advertising 24 hours!!!!
