i asked for the kylie drink and the guy hands me out a completely different drink and says they are out, mind you he didn’t even ask me if it was okay nothing all he said was sorry and closed the window like?
I typically go here every day for my coffee and don’t usually have issues but today I went for an Oreo PB coffee chiller and was given something called a fluffy Nutter and told that they don’t have an Oreo PB coffee chiller when in fact they’re actually is one. I hope Dunkin trains their employees better to know the menu so that customers who are paying are getting the right items. It wasn’t the girls fault because they didn’t know.
