Dissatisfied with my Matcha that I got employees failed to blend it perfectly
Excellent customer service skills. The team was very busy during rush hour breakfast. They were efficient and very friendly. Great customer service is hard to find now and days and I appreciate the above and beyond attitude they have!
At least twice a week my coffee is wrong. I specifically ask for LIQUID sugar in my iced coffee and it gets regular granulated sugar. No one wants to chew grains of sugar. No one wants regular sugar in an iced coffee because it doesn’t melt.
I ordered a hot Chai and got it back cold. You could easily tell it was cold, that wasn't the worst of it, the workers blamed it on one of the steamers that didn't work instead of taking responsibility of it and using their other steamer. Super unprofessional, wouldn't recommend
