The ladies working here are always super busy but extremely nice. I go here multiple days a week and have always had the best treatment. I read two recent reviews disputing this and would have to assume they were probably giving you back the energy you put out there. Even when busy, the workers are respectful.

Order took 40min to make. Staff disorganized. I visited this location yet again on Thursday, October 16th, at 9:45 in the morning.Staff was very rude, short even with the store being reopened.Barely now, with 2 drive through lane's customer service in the store towards customer is just junk more so to.Day.The blue shirt on duty is rude as hell in regards to an online order.
This place has very rude employees. Just because I didn't order right away they took several cars in the other lane ahead of me. The lady that took my order was a smartelec. Do better people. How hard is it to be kind to your customers. My daughter works at a coffee shop. She'd be fired if she acted this way. Despicable!
This Dunkin is honestly just bad. I've had many experiences here where the employees are extremely rude. They're pretty quick at getting the drinks out but most of the employees just act like they dont even wanna be there and take it out on you. If you want a pleasant dunkin experience, dont go here.
