Ordered at drive through, then had a question at the pickup window, girl wonderful answering question about new drink. I'm hearing impaired and she had to repeat answer. No issue but then manager came up and stated they could not add to order or answer questions at window, cause there were other customers. That's her idea of service, let alone treating customers w dignity. We are not even talking about it taking a minute total but it will be a long time stuck in my memory. Staff was incredibly rude when asked to remake a drink that we always get. It tasted wrong. It looked wrong. Staff just shook their heads in annoyance that we even came up to ask for a remake and kept repeating that they remade it the exact same way they made the first one. That was the entire problem. Don't remake it the exact same if someone says it tastes wrong. Check how you are making it in the first place. It's disappointing that this Dunkin can't keep a staff that cares since the renovation.
After a long drive, I thought I needed a break for some coffee and using the restroom, so I stopped at this location on March 19th. The toilets were so dirty, as they looked like they never cleaned it, toilet paper was everywhere on the floor. When I ordered, I was able to see behind the counter where they worked. It looked as if it had never been cleaned before. Garbage was everywhere, used gloves were placed under counters, and they handled foods and drinks without any gloves. WORST DUNKIN OF ALL. The ladies working here in the morning shift are incredibly rude and in their own fantasy world. They will ruin your order and then act as if you are the reason they mess up. What an incompetent bunch they are.
