: Very Disappointing Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ today. The customer service was extremely poor, and what made the situation worse was being yelled at by an employee when I was simply trying to address an issue with my order. Customers should never be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable when asking a reasonable question or trying to resolve a problem.
