I visited the Dunkin' donuts while I was staying at the Pequot Tower at the Foxwoods Casino January 22, 2025 around midnight, needless to say my order was incorrect and I specifically asked the young man was it correct because I didn't want to come back down.I should of just checked but he assured me it was correct it wasn't,my grilled cheese had no maple bacon on it I went back down to complain the young man and another female staff member were very rude and dismissive instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake.
