I got my drink and it tasted fermented. I felt like I was drinking alcohol. I told her that it was terrible and that I like a refund. She denied my refund so I just gave her back the drink. I just wasted six dollars and have nothing to show for it. Very bad customer service.
horrible customer service, my order was wrong and then when i walked inside they laughed at me and would NOT give me a refund or my actual order!!
They have decaffeinated coffee on the menu but every time I order at the counter they tell me they don't stock it. The first time they told me they didn't have it that day, then the second time they admitted that they just don't stock it at all. I used the app once before being told this, and they gave me a coffee, but now after being told they don't stock decaf I'm assuming they lied to me and it was actually caffeinated.
