Not consistent at all.Used to go everyday. Quality has gone downhill. I only do online mobile ordering and they still end up messing up the order I only asked twice to correct something, got an attitude both times. The coffee tastes like nothing more than sugar water and a hint of cream…and you can’t get a refunds on the mobile app Don’t waste your money here.
I normally don’t do reviews! But I have to give a huge shout out to the Dunkin in Old Forge, Pa. I go at least twice a day every day and I have never had a bad experience! The customer service is top notch! They know my voice and always say just drive around we got you! My drink is always on point a strawberry daydream refresher with chocolate mocha drizzle on top! On my way to work all i wanted was a coffee and what i got was burnt lefover bean water. Instantly pissed me off so bad i couldn’t go back just through right in the trash.
