I was there for half an hour wondering where my order was. Only to find out that the dude who rang me up never even put the order in but somehow charged me. I just kept watching people walk in and out with their orders and watching the majority of the people focus on the drive-thru only. Definitely the worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin donuts.
