Multiple employees, running around servicing, pick up orders, and ignoring walk-in customers. When we asked for our donut to be warmed up, the manager said “we don’t do that, why would we do that, we never do that“, , I don’t care how lowly your job is, accommodate reasonable requests!
The slowest Dunkin out there
Don't go here. Low staffing. Close the store if you can't staff.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! WORST Dunkin experience ever!!! We waited 20 minutes in line for them to not know our order at the window and repeated back 2 other orders when we tried to tell them our order. We left with nothing AT ALL!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT STOP HERE!! ONLY 2 OTHER CARS IN LINE AT THE TIME!!
