I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately, the service has consistently been poor. Today was especially frustrating. I went inside to pick up a mobile order and decided to purchase some additional food. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while four employees saw me standing there but continued what they were doing without acknowledging me. They didn't have very many donuts left .I didn't buy any as they didn't have any I cared for.
first of all, it was freezing in there, like why couldn’t you turn the heat on for a bit? anyways next, service was super slow and one of the employees was very rude and very passive aggressive in the way she talked. lastly, we ordered the bacon egg and cheese tortilla wrap thing and specifically said no bacon in all of them, yet they gave us bacon in 4 of the 5 tortilla wraps we ordered. to say im disappointed is an understatement.
