Bad service today. I stop by this afternoon to get the same ice coffee I always do ,I could tell from the window it wasn’t right. I asked for more flavor (mocha)he added it but it was still cream colored & nasty. I just threw the drink away instead of going in. I think they throw anything in the cups when the managers aren’t there.
The worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. Had been to this one over the years when I'm traveling and always was good up until about a year ago. Today med people outside and told me not to go in that the customer service was horrible and I'd be there for hours just to get coffee and something to eat. The drive-thru line was extremely long so went inside for the first time.
