The ladies were pleasant however it took 20 minutes to get 2 medium coffees.
Absolutely horrible service. Walked in not greeted or acknowledged as a customer. Didn’t bother ordering after standing there for 20 minutes. Three employees looked do not engage. Other customers orders were forgotten and they had to remind staff they were waiting for items. This store needs better management.
Slow service, never enough employees working to unlock the door so you can go in. Always out of things . I feel they could use new manager.
