I ordered on Sunday morning , Hot chocolate was extremly watered down and hash browns tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil, turkey sausage was awwful my whole meal was terrible ruined my morning
the staff at the drive through window are rude and have horrible customer service. Every time I get to the window the lady just stares at me she doesn’t tell me my total and she never says a word. I tell her to have a nice day and she turns around and starts talking to the other ladies inside. today I was clarifying that my drink had liquid sugar in it because it was not on the sticker on the cup like it usually is and she gave me an attitude.
This location is clean and makes the best coffee.
"Cave Lady" at the drive-thru on Sat, 8/9/25 with the raspy voice gave me my green tea with NO honey. This tastes disgusting 👎🏿 .... with her nasty attitude, I KNEW there would be something wrong with at least 1 of my orders. She never worked there before but since she's there now, expect unprofessional behavior. It's in her blood to be that way. SMH
