24 h DD. Went again 7/13 at 8AM. Customer service nicer but coffee still burnt. If you have to use this 24 h DD go after 10AM. Overnight coffe is near unpalatable. I guess my review from last year is same. Went at 5AM. Extremely rude female window server. Yelling at customers and other staff. Lousy coffee. Weak and burnt. Threw it out. Unusual for them. Usually excellent coffee, polite staff. Hopefully not new management.
