This place is home. Been coming here for about 30 yrs. Miss the old staff but this one is very nice & courteous also.
So there is a line to the doors, and look at all these tickets I don’t know if this is a staffing issue but this is not the first time it’s been like this. There’s one women slowly working the counter and no one else to be found. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins
Go to the one by rt 1 it’s much better. This location makes milky lattes, has put regular milk in matcha when I explicitly ask for oat, never gives straws, long wait time.
