terrible service and doesn’t know how many pumps of the syrups go in it
Stopped serving food 2 hours before closing. Staff does not know the menu. Don't bother.
It’s poor all around real bad service especially in the afternoon with the second shift assistance manager arguing Infront of customers with staff you can hear the hole argument on the speaker of the drive thru long waits serve cold food not drag coffee staff it’s rude worse Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been too and I been a customer for over 5 years but lately it’s has become the worse Dunkin’ in Springfield ma
Typically coffee and doughnut chain with a bit more. Staff can be good or distracted but strive to make it right.
Drive-thru is extremely slow. On top of that, they don’t get your order right. Some of the employees are rude. Not the best Dunkin to stop at. No matter how many times I try to give it a chance and say to myself maybe this time they’ll get it right. That is a failure. 🤦♀️ Just keep going to the next Dunkin.
