Terrible, long wait times for mobile orders and poor service . They never get your order correct and always forget allergies . The absolute worst dunkin I have ever been to.
Got two Mocha Raspberry Iced Lattes due to them being out of pistachio or it going out of business lol and they didn’t even fill it up all the way….. very disappointing
I came in and ordered online and sat and waited for 20 minutes and decided to come up to the register and then 5 minutes later one comes up to me and asks what i’m waiting for, i show her the mobile order on my phone and then another 20 minutes later they finally get my order out. There was barely anyone in the drive through and there was plenty of staff, just all kept laughing and making jokes while i just stood there and waited.
