3 yrs later, I brought it up from a 1 to a 2. I got service today but had to bring back the cold bagel bites. I chose not to bring back the cold hash browns. Not sure why y'all stopped using liquid sugar in ice coffee but the pile of sugar at the bottom of my cup was awful. This was the most awkward experience. This Dunkin never fails to disappoint, Everytime I order from here the food is wrong the coffee is wrong or gross. They new better management better employees and to be trained correctly.
