I was just at drive-through for a refresher which you would think would be a simple order. I asked for the refresher to be made with half lemonade, half sparkling water and they refused they said I could only choose one base whether that’s sparkling water or lemonade. Please keep in mind I get this drink maybe every other day & never had an issue when I asked why Arson Santana who claimed they are under new management rules and when I asked for the new manager‘s name, he said he was the new manager. the drive thru took at least 20 min with only two cars in front of me, my mobile order was made incorrectly, i asked for light ice but instead they filled my cup with 90% ice. I ordered a drink at the speaker to add on and that was out 5-10 min before my mobile order. I have frequent problems with my orders at this dunkin’, which is disappointing bc it’s only 5 min from home.
