Need to train your staff on customer service. Dining area was full with people waiting and the employee working on breakfast sandwiches shouted "There's nothing good enough here that you need to come all the way out here in this weather!" I promise you, no one drove here who wasn't already on the road to it from somewhere. People still have work and doctor appointments, you are just a pit stop
Every single time I need to go to this dunkin they make my coffee wrong. I dont have a complicated order in the slightest. Iced coffee with extra cream and extra mocha. I will never be going back to this location when I know Parma heights location on York rd can make my coffee correctly every single day. This locations staff need to be retrained in all entirety on customer service, how to make a coffee correctly and staying diligent on the floor.
