At this point it’s nothing but water in the coffee. So tired of ordering extra espresso and the coffee still tastes like nothing. Whoever is the owner get it together and stop watering down the coffee. Have to wait 20+ minuets in line for coffee that’s water
I never do reviews, but for the last few weeks this location has dropped the ball plenty of times. Placed a mobile order for pick up at 6:54. Didn’t get my order until 7:08. They not only put cheese on my “sandwich” but I got no bacon or egg on my sandwich instead.. called spoke to the assistant manager (who never told me her name) She apologized & was nice but proceeded saying to “make sure I tell them no cheese when ordering & to tell us when you are inside no cheese”.. but I clearly did as you can see it on the app it say... read more
SLOWEST Dunkin EVER. How does a drive thru take 30 minutes to get through?!
I was just at drive-through for a refresher which you would think would be a simple order. I asked for the refresher to be made with half lemonade, half sparkling water and they refused they said I could only choose one base whether that’s sparkling water or lemonade. Please keep in mind I get this drink maybe every other day & never had an issue when I asked why Arson Santana who claimed they are under new management rules and when I asked for the new manager‘s name, he said he was the new manager.
