Every time I come to this location & sit in line at the drive thru for well over 30 minutes (same if you go inside) before I even get to order. The last time I ordered ahead, sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes without moving before going in and waiting another 15 minutes for someone to pay attention to all of the guests in the dining room & had to actively ask the employee if they will be helping the people inside. Truly the worst Dunkin. Today was my last time going after they messed up my order. Also they are so rude here, and I’ve experienced it multiple times at the drive through window and in store with different employees. I’ve worked in food service myself and always make it a point to be kind and patient as a customer but the employees at this location are rude to everyone as shown in other reviews. At least be brave enough to make eye contact if you’re going to be rude, they can’t even look you in the eye here. Take your money... read more
I ordered Caramel iced coffee but unfortunately they gave without caramel ice coffee but I told them again they said they gave me but they lied
Absolutely horrible service. Had 2 young undertrained girls working drive thru. Messed up both iced coffees we ordered. Asked to have them fix and was still not done right. When asked for a refund was yeld at and told we wasn’t getting a refund. Had to call local police to get our refund. At the end of the whole situation we was told we were never allowed back. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasn’t going to come back anyways. Way to go dunkin
