When I visited this location on 10/2, I had my order taken out in the line instead at the speaker box (I assume to try to pretend like they’re getting customers in and out, but what do I know) and I paid in the line. When I got up to the window, the man said that the payment did not go through, so again, I paid. When I looked on my banking app, I was indeed charged twice. Didn't get butter on bagel but asked for it on side and was told they wouldn't do that. Treated rudely.
