The best Dunkin in Jacksonville. Efficient with friendly staff. I couldn’t ask for more.
There is a massive heat wave happening right now where the heat index is over 110 degrees Fahrenheit. I was having a heat stroke and came in to this location as it was the closest building I knew I could safely get to and sit down from where I was. I tried to verbalize my situation as I was alone and needed help. The employees all stared blankly and when I asked for a cup of ice to try and cool my body down from the literal heat stroke I was having I was charged $.54 - fine I get it but honestly this was a medical emergency ... read more
The staff here is great. One of the best stores in the area!
Went through the drive through to get some food. Was told to park in the parking lot and someone would bring out the food. Had to wait 5 minutes before going inside only to get an incomplete order.
